The Key to Successful Weight Loss

Perfect diet and regular exercise are the factors needed if you want to achieve your weight loss goals.

• Water is very important. Drink a lot of water or if not, replace water with calorie free drinks but say no to sodas and fizzy drink as they have lots of calories.
• Add vegetables and fruits to your diet.
• Add variation in your daily diet by trying new health recipes.
• Eat whenever you are really hungry and try to eat small portions of food.
• Do not stuff your stomach before sleeping because you have no chance to burn your calories when you are sleeping
• Do not put off the food you like, it will result in eating them more than before so you can decrease their amount but do not stop eating them.
• Eat five small meals instead of 3 big ones.
• Try to take more protein in your diet. You will be satisfied faster.
• Add some flavor to your food.
• Stuff your refrigerator and kitchen with healthy food that is more on fruits and vegetables so that you could not eat junk food when you are hungry.
• Avoid sitting before television with a pack of popcorn or chips.
• Whenever you visit a restaurant or a café prefer ordering salads over desserts.
• Never skip your breakfast you will eat more in the second part of the day.
• Avoid pastas and white bread.
• Have an active lifestyle.
• Better to have an exercise session when you want to fight stress than to eat something.
